Client and Contact Variables

It's possible to add personalization to an Email Sequence or questionnaire invitation using Custom Client or Contact Variables. CCVs can be represented as numeric or text variables. The CCV placeholders are represented as on the various sections of the application.

You can use the following variables:  

An example: "Hello , do you work at ?"

When we send over these emails, or the client downloads a grader report, we're going to replace those placeholders with the variable on the Client or Contact database.

You can change the variable for the Contact/Client on the Contact/Client screen on the Consultative Sales module's Discovery Process screen.

You're able to see the built-in default CCVs of sections you're able to enter the information - for example on the Grader or Email screens.
