      Compliance Scorecard Integration

      Compliance Scorecard is useful for integrating compliance initiatives into client personas.

      Generating API key from Compliance Scorecard

      Before we begin you need to set up your API token at compliance scorecard. You can do that here:

      Compliance Scorecard allows you to generate API tokens for external applications to access your data. These tokens act as secure credentials, granting access to specific resources within the platform.

      Creating an access token

      1. Go to MSP Settings > Connections.

      2. Click on the Config button under API Tokens.

      3. You will be required to enter a token name. Optionally, you can include an expiry date.

      4. Click on the Save button to create the API token. You will see the API token in a pop-up.

      5. To save the API token, click the Copy to Clipboard button.

      Connecting API key in Humanize IT

       

      1. Go to Profile > Integrations
      2. or https://tool.managedservicesplatform.com/#/mycompany/integrations
      3. Click on Compliance Scorecard
      4. Click Edit Icon on the right
      5. Enter in your API key from Compliance Scorecard.
      6. Click OK.

      You now are ready to add Widgets to your clients!
