Email Settings
The Email Settings feature enables sending client-facing Persona Dispatches directly from your domain, providing a professional appearance and automating client communication through scheduled email digests.
Configuration Location
Profile Circle → Email Settings
Setup Process
Step 1: Initiate Configuration
- Click on your Profile Circle (upper right)
- Select Email Settings
- Click the Change button
- Enter your domain name (e.g.,
yourcompany.com) - Click OK
Step 2: Add DNS Records
The system will generate three DNS records to be added to your domain:
- SPF Record - Sender Policy Framework for email authentication
- DKIM Record - DomainKeys Identified Mail for email signing
- Third Record - Additional authentication record
Action Required:
- Copy the generated DNS records
- Provide them to your DNS administrator
- Have the administrator add all three records to your domain configuration
Dispatch Feature (Email Digest)
Purpose
The Dispatch feature enables automated delivery of Persona dashboards to client contacts via email, eliminating the need for manual sharing.
Email Delivery Details
- Sender: Emails send from your configured domain (not a generic platform domain)
- Format: HTML-based emails with persona/dashboard content embedded
- Recipients: Can be manually specified or selected from imported client contacts
- Content: Includes a static view of the selected Persona
Delivery Options
Manual Send Button
- Toggle email digest on the persona share screen
- Enter recipient email addresses manually OR select from client contact list
- Click send button to deliver immediately
Automated Scheduled Delivery
- Configure weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules
- Auto-sends to selected contacts
