Load a new Report or access an existing Report

Go to the Client's Dashboard: Once you’re logged into the platform, navigate to the client’s dashboard where reports are stored.

Access the Reports Section: From the client dashboard, locate and click on the "Reports" tab.

Select Report Type: Depending on the nature of the report you want to load (Architecture, Services, Risk, Strategy), choose the appropriate report template from the list. These four pillars are commonly used in your engagements.

Create or Load Existing Report:
- If creating a new report, click on the "+" button to load a new template.
- If editing an existing one, simply select the report from the list and make your changes.
Additionally, you can share Reports with your Clients.

Snapshot for Sharing: At the end of an engagement, you might want to take a snapshot of the report. Use the "Actions" button to create a snapshot. You can choose a date or custom name for the snapshot.

Sharing the Report: Once the snapshot is ready, you can publicly share it with clients by generating a tokenized link that provides them access to a read-only version of the report.

Customizing View: Before sharing, you can hide or reveal certain sections of the report to ensure the client sees only the necessary information during the engagement
