Give access to your clients so they can view the information they are interested in.

Navigate to the Persona: Begin by applying the Persona you wish to share. This can be a global or local Persona, depending on whether the Persona is specific to a client or universally available across multiple clients.

Generate a Tokenized Link:
- Click the Share button, which gives you a few options. The most common and straightforward method is to generate a tokenized link. This link allows anyone with the link to view the Persona.

Add Security (Optional):
- If you want to provide an additional layer of security, you can switch to Restricted Mode. When using this option, enter the recipient's email address. They will need to authenticate through Microsoft or Google SSO to access the Persona. This ensures that only the intended recipient can view it.

Send the Link: Copy the generated link and send it to your client via email or any other preferred method. When the client opens the link, they will see the Persona exactly as you have it configured.
- Client Portal option: If you do not want to send a link, enable Restricted Mode and then direct them to the HIT Client Portal login page: https://app.managedservicesplatform.com/account/login
Once the client has authenticated they will be presented with a list of all the Personas shared with them. If only one Persona has been shared with them, it will open automatically.

Revoking Access: At anytime, you can revoke access to the shared Persona by revoking the tokenized link. This ensures that no further access to the Persona is possible unless you generate a new link.
- If you have enabled Restricted Mode, you can revoke access for an individual by removing their email address from the list.
