Enable your account access via Microsoft, Google or your own SSO authenticator.
Note: If your company has set a Mandatory Social or SSO Login, you can not use a username and password, you must click the link for your company's authenticator and follow the prompts. The following steps will not be an option for you.
We have partnered with frontegg, a leading provider of B2B SaaS solutions. Some authentication steps will utilize interface screens from them.
Once you have logged in, click on your User circle at the top right and select Profile.
At the bottom left of your Profile Information is the option to enable MFA.
Once you select this you will be directed to a new Sign-in page to connect your account.
Please note that after you have completed this, the Two-Factor Authentication via SMS will no longer be available.
Once completed you will need to select your authentication method to login.
You can continue to use tool.managedservices.com to log in, but it will be redirected to app.managedservices.com
