This article explains the ways to update your client reports after changing the parent template
Report Template vs. Client Report
You adopt a report template from a Solution Set designed by Managed Services Platform or any other Partner. That generates a Meeting Report template in your Report Templates Library.
After generating the client reports from the template you still want to update and change your templates and reflect those changes on your already used client reports. You are able to update/sync the changes you make on the template to the client reports later.
How to update an individual client report based on a template change
After you change the template we do not automatically sync to the individual client reports. You have to do it manually in order to still be able to control which client meeting needs to be updated. The updates are generally done by widgets to make sure you update only the content that needs to be updated.
1. Go to a client report
2. Select Action > Update Widgets From Template
3. Select the widgets you would like to update
Special Cases
Updating Content Widgets
Will replace the client report's selected content widgets from the template. This literally wipes out the current client report content widget so make sure you update content widgets which have no client related information.

Updating Scoring Widgets
If you updated your scoring mechanism you can push the updates through the existing client meetings without the need to re-assess the clients.
1. If you added a new statement/subcategory: the new statement/subcategory will appear and the score will be recalculated
2. If you removed a statement/subcategory: it will be removed and if it was selected the selection will be removed and the score will be recalculated
3. If a subcategory scoring type changes (multi/single): the selections will remain but the scores will be recalculated
4.If a recommendation changes: the new recommendation will be visible, but the roadmap will not be affected

Updating Scorecard Widgets
If you updated your scorecards you can push the updates through the existing client meetings without the need to re-assess the clients.
1. If you added a new line: the existing submissions will show 0 and the score will be recalculated
2. If you remove a line: the score will be recalculated
