Set up the Microsoft licensing Widget

Enable the Microsoft Licenses widget to read a client's Subscriptions, showing Available and Assigned licenses.

Provide real-time visibility to your client's Microsoft Subscriptions by adding a Widget to a Persona.

•  Navigate to the Client you want to setup
  • Edit the Client
  • Click 'Manage in the Microsoft section
  • Provide credentials with rights to Read:
    • Directory data
    • All License assignments
    • User full profiles
• Add the Microsoft License Widget to a Persona
  • Click the Edit Layout icon

• • Click the + to add a new Widget

• • Choose Microsoft License from the widget type list
    • Select the desired size
      • the Persona grid is 4 units wide
      • a 4x1 widget will utilize 1 entire row and will be narrow and wide
      • a 2x2 widget will utilize 2 columns and 2 rows

• • Drag and drop Widgets to arrange them.

  • Apply your edits
    • Click the Green check box apply and exit edit mode
    • Click the Red x to discard changes and exit edit mode
  • Save the new Persona
    • Create a new Persona
      • By default, new Personas are saved as Local Personas and can only be accessed from within that Client
      • Select 'Persona will be available publicly' to allow the Persona to be applied from any Client.
